You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AXTES AI, Chat MyBiz, and DIGI MYBIZ™ complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.
You agree not to use the Services to send unsolicited communications, spam, or to infringe upon the rights of any third party.
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the DIGI MYBIZ™ and AXTES AI software) are and will remain the exclusive property of AXTES™ and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
Any content, leads, and customer data generated through your use of the Services remain your property. You retain all rights to the customer information collected via Chat MyBiz and review requests sent via DIGI MYBIZ™.
Our Services integrate with various third-party platforms, including Google (Reviews, Maps), WhatsApp (Meta), and Cloudflare (Turnstile security). We are not responsible for the functionality, downtime, or policies of these third-party platforms. You must comply with the terms of service of these third-party providers when using integrated features.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages (e.g., WhatsApp API, Google API), or internet connectivity issues.
We provide technical support via email and WhatsApp. Support response times may vary based on the severity of the issue and your service plan.
In no event shall AXTES™, nor its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
